Liam's Birthday

Me, up way too late the day before Liam's party, sculpting cakes as usual

The party was construction themed, in case you couldn't guess.

Sometimes it's still hard to believe that Liam has been around from more than two years.  He's so big, and yet, still so little.

A few more gifts with just the four of us, in the evening

All in all, it was a good day.  We had to remind Robin more than once that this was Liam's day, that Liam was the center of attention because it was his birthday, that the gifts were for Liam, that Liam would have to share, but that Liam got to try it all out first.  It was (and still is) a work in progress.

Happy second birthday, little buddy!  We love you so much and are so happy you're in our lives!
